If you choose to receive your bill by mail, it will come with a pre-addressed envelope in which you can place your bill stub and payment. When you apply postage and deposit your bill with the U.S. Postal Service it is forwarded to our lock-box payment processing service in Charlotte, North Carolina. We suggest mailing your payment at least seven business days before your due date to ensure your payment arrives and is posted to your account on time.
You may also choose to have your monthly statement delivered by email, or you may view your bill online.
