Year-end Maintenance
Due to required year-end system maintenance, ALL payment gateways will be closed from 12 p.m. on New Year's Eve (12/31/2024) to 8 a.m. on New Year's Day (1/1/2025). During the maintenance period, Pay Your Way members will not receive daily billing or daily alert messages. Disconnects WILL NOT occur during the maintenance period, but will resume on Thursday, January 2. As a reminder, Consumer-members will still be charged for any electricity used during the maintenance period listed. We appreciate your patience.
