As a member-owned electric cooperative, Flint Energies is committed to serving our communities in ways that go beyond delivering reliable electricity. One of the cooperative principles we live by is Concern for Community, and our Member Advocacy program is a perfect example of that commitment.
Our Member Advocacy team listens without judgment, answers questions, and helps members navigate available assistance programs. While Flint Energies does not directly provide bill payment assistance, our advocates serve as a valuable resource by connecting members with organizations that may be able to help.
The most important thing to remember is this: Don't wait. If you're struggling to pay your electric bill, reaching out early can make all the difference.
